Alliance Tooling is a 50/50 partnership between Westray and Craig Glenn. Formed just three years ago, Alliance has grown rapidly thanks to its high level of technical skills and “can-do” ability. The company specifies only Okuma CNC machines due to their high accuracy and robust construction. Currently installed are a:

• A vertical machining centre, model MB56VA. 1050*560*460mm. Spindle speed 15,000rpm max.
• A twin pallet horizontal machining centre (Space Centre), model MA600HB. 1000*900*1000mm. Spindle speed 12,000rpm max.
  
• A lathe (Space Turn), with bar feed, model LB300M with C Axis.
  

The above are supported by the full range of CAD/CAM capabilities.
